Why AI Brand Impact Exists
AI Brand Impact was born out of necessity - and a bit of defiance.
After 25 years leading marketing teams across corporate, education, and finance, I'd seen the same pattern repeat itself: talented teams maxed out by endless to-do lists, brilliant strategies that never made it past the planning phase, and leaders frustrated by the gap between what they knew they should be doing and what they had capacity to execute.
The Turning Point
When I relocated my fitness business from Atlanta to Louisville, I didn't have the luxury of rebuilding with a big team or a big budget. I had to figure out how to scale marketing, operations, and growth with limited resources.
That's when I turned to AI - not as a replacement for strategy or creativity, but as a force multiplier for execution. I started small: automating content workflows, building systems for client communication, streamlining operations so I could focus on what actually moved the business forward.
And it worked. Not because AI is magic, but because I approached it strategically: define the outcome first, design the system second, choose the tools third.
What We Do Differently
That experience became the foundation for everything we do at AI Brand Impact. Most business leaders weren't struggling because they didn't understand AI - they were struggling because no one was helping them implement it in a way that fit their actual business, their actual team, and their actual goals.

Kandice Jackson is the founder and CEO of AI Brand Impact, bringing over 25 years of marketing leadership experience across corporate, education, and finance sectors.
With an MBA, Master of Digital Marketing, and Master of Education, she's built her career at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. Her background in education gives her a unique perspective on how people learn and adopt new technologies - which is why the AI systems she builds with clients aren't just strategically sound, they're actually usable by real teams.
Before founding AI Brand Impact, Kandice led marketing initiatives for major organizations in higher education and finance, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and built brands from the ground up. She's also a successful entrepreneur, having owned and operated Bounce Fitness Club - a boutique rebound fitness studio - for over a decade.
